Personally, I wouldn't waste your time with them. They're useless and pointless and do absolutely NOTHING for performance.

That's a bunch of pixies they pay to make that silly noise! :wack:

I have bailey dv26 I think they are, the dual piston type. Fit in the stock location and are a proper reputable brand. You can buy them on the bay second hand for very cheap.

In all honesty. They're a novelty item that make a noise. There's no benefit other than that

You know I wasn't being serious right? On a side note, if you've known Si for a long time, you should have known what his never changing response would be

i had some apexi ones on my first zed, and really enjoyed the scania air brake sounds, especially on a tunnel run.

depends how you use your car, if you like the attention, and if your peers are running similar mods to their cars

but when you become more serious about power, subtlety or stealth, then you will want to take them off and focus on the more expensive upgrades

craig it is only going to be a stock weekend car, not going for any seroius power. bit to old to be a boy racer anymore. i just want a tidy stock ish car. so i dont thing that the bov would be of any use tbh.

Given how you want the car to be mate, the BOV's would just be a waste of money, especially at £100. Might be worth considering goose honk killer though. Cheaper and a better upgrade really

Mine came with Turbo XS bovs.

Apparently they're meant to be very loud, but all I've heard is a small chirp when shifting, but I've not really driven her that much. They also have no washers in the spring assembly which is weird. Car is off the road until the summer where they'll go back on with my fmic. Can't comment on the stock recircs as I've not had them :p

 A complete and utter waste of money anyway! :wack: :D

Iv just got a pair of hks bovs for when I put the tt engine in the car
