I've seen some awful fitting retrims in my time, but this is shocking! The upper bolsters are sooo baggy and the seams don't even look as if they line up with the edge of the foam underneath!! :2guns: :hurl:

    Ouch, that's not great. He's obviously put some time and money into that but the details have been rushed. The filler on the back pannel is of the same standard.

    It's sad really because if he'd put another couple of months in flatting it off and recasting the shell in fresh fibreglass it would actually be alright but he's rushed it.

     

    It's a twin turbo Audi V8 with his own mapping and sound lovely although i'd have gone merc V12 for the sound

    i bet the guy next door with the Ferrari Dino 308 GT4 next door is in hysterics every time he sees it ........

     

    should put that out of its misery ..i can see what he tried to achieve and he nearly nearly got it......but less haste more speed...he has just rushed it and bodged it.....plumbing fittings for air vents :O

    He owns both, i think the Dino is his over kit car but that was done from a kit - this is his own doing. I can't get my head round why you would put that much effort in then not get someone to finish it off properly like Mondo for the interior and Allan for the body and paintwork
