very rich wet fuel smoke....i bet the motor has not even come upto correct operating temps yet and thats without the ECU now in self learn . Dont be reving too hard as your bores will be wet with fuel

wouldn't over fuel cause black smoke ?

Looks like oil smoke in the first vid as it has a blue tinge. Giving it a good run may cause serious issues, but it may not. Impossible to tell, really.

If that was a cold engine, freshly started after 8 months, I would suggest the valve oil stem seals and if the turbos are the same units as before, then maybe the turbo oil seals. Is it breathing heavily?

the car did run perfect before It came off the road. its pretty white in real life smells a bit toxic un burnt fuel maybe as bri said ?

Unburnt fuel isn't white, and doesn't smell toxic. If it's an acrid smell, it's vapourised oil from turbo oil seals.

so the car run great 8 months ago no smoke atall. I turn the engine on after 8 months and the turbo seals go that instant is this possible ??

am asking you is that possible ? for oil seals to go soon as I start it after all this time not running ?

so what should I do next then what tests can I do

Depends on exactly what is coming out of those exhaust pipes. Looks like oil to me, fuel to others. Only you know what it smells like. Measure the AFR, do a compression test, do a leak-down test, check the turbine housings for oil, rebuild the turbos, rebuild the engine.

Mine did the same, I also decatted at the same time. Here's a thought, it's not an expert opinion just a thought. When many people's turbos start smoking simply turning on the AC can stop it. This from what I understand is due to rotational mass being increased. Now when the auto was in there the torque converter supplied drag, that's why the car idled so much higher and base idle was reset and why the engine revs far easier. So maybe the same applies to going manual.

Try the old AC trick. But as Noel says you need to start investigating at least you can then say what it isn't.

so need to see what the afr is I don't have a meter to test it

just to add I havnt not decatted the car

ok drove the car round the block a few times still smoking could the pcv vales have locked up open or closed as it been stud up for a 8 months ?

will try them next then am little pissed of as having done all that work and now this. wonder then if the valves have jammed open or closed as car just sat there for a long time there was no smoke what so ever before I pulled the car of the road to do the work on the underside I just starting to wonder if I should just get shut now no so sure I want to carry on with it wasted loads of cash so far doing all the work

You need to investigate the simple stuff before you get too disheartened.

Tbh mate I always assumed that a full engine rebuild was on the cards considering the extent of the work you have so far put in.

yes a rebuild was on the cards but wasn't going to be till next year some time wanted to run the car for a bit as it was. I have ordered new pcv valves just cant understand why is smoking after being layed up nothing was changed to the engine apart from carbon canister delete well pissed I am rite now

So you bought new components before doing a compression test, a leakdown test or checking the AFR? Why not simply remove the PCV valves from the system temporarily?

no the work I did was on the subframes and dampers did not do any work to the engine apart from carbon canister the engine was un touched I also did auto to manual swop at the same time

One of the worst things you can do to an engine is leave it laid up for many months. Did you drop some oil down the bores and crank it over to build the oil pressure before starting it? Obviously after renewing all the fluids.

I have to admit I didn't not do that. at first the engine made a bit of noise but when the oil got round it ran smooth as silk.
