Hi, my drivers door has decided not to open from the inside or out. It is unlocking ok, as can see the lever move. Has anybody else had this happen? How do i get it open to fix it/get the door card off?

Is the door currently fully closed at the moment? What I mean is, is it stuck closed, but on the safety catch, bit like a bonnet catch? Because I've had this when the door is in this position, it wont open from inside or out. The door needs bumping fully closed then it opens properly again!

Otherwise you could try pulling the surround off from around the door lever and have a look at the connecting rods, maybe the door open rod has come off the handle lever connection. It is the top one. Have a look, you'll see what I mean.

stuck fully closed, thanks for that got hold of a door lockout kit so gonna try that if the part of the catch i need isn't broken lol. i stripped down the nearside door so i could see how it works but other than the controls on the driver door, i'm not sure what else i can take off when it's in it's close position

If the latch is jammed, go to the outside of the car and push the door really hard and then pull the handle.

Would it do that if if the yellow peril was broken ?

Unlikely.
