Came across some new wiper blades - not very exciting thread....

For ages now, I've been wanting to 'upgrade' as it were to the wiper blades as seen on cars like the Lexus IS250 etc....

...like this (this isn't mine by the way - not with that wiper arm fitment and tatty scuttle panel! haha

I have NEVER liked the Bosch aero wiper blades - that great big knuckle screams 'universal' and isn't what I would call 'sleek and inkeeping'.

Well, for those of you that are also as anal as me (probably not too many of you) and want something a little more 'OEM-esque', I came across these. They're called 'hybrid wipers'.

They have the cover on them making them look a little more modern than the old frame-style wipers, they're sleek and don't have that great big knuckle in the middle of them! They are half the price of the Lexus ones and look almost the same!

Just ordering some 21" jobbies for the front of my Z.

What do you all recommend for the rear?

Not driving in the rain!

Mine still work fine, although they don't do a great deal above 80 mph....

Ahem....! I don't find them too bad at high speed TBH..... Then I still have the wind deflector on my UK spec, so maybe it lakes a difference. Either way, these hybrids are much better than my previous wipers when on the odd wet track...

Rain-X !!

Yup!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

They won't even perish! Lives in the garage - I'll have had a scrotum-lift long before they're shagged!
