Hi,

 

I was bored at work so I thought I'd make this for the misses lol...

 

I used zinc for the rose, and stainless for the leaves, stem and base...

 

Had to use a tig welder to stick it together, never used it before what a mission,

 

No laughing at it...

That's really impressive. You should get it dipped in chrome...or like a shadow/black chrome. Actually, it looks spot-on as it is.

Its actually polished stainless so like chrome to the flower, the flower is zinc...

Its getting round my boss, made it between doing mots, and I think I pissed everyone off hammering all the marks in the petals...

Maybe I could take the hammering parts home to annoy my neighbour on a sunday afternoon,

Stunning little rose Terry....reminds me of my stay in one of our countrys Her Majesty's Hotels 30 years ago,used to make them out of bread and hang them on the wall:lol:
