Si, you were curious as to what the wheel would look like once fitted.

I got round to finishing it today.

 

 

 

I covered the normally silver bits in faux leather that Si from Hide n seat kindly donated to me.

What do you think of it now it's fitted yourself?

I like it. It's a nice steering wheel to use (had a 350z for 2.5 years so I know I like the wheel).

It's 100 times better than the Momo one that was on previous.

I'll probably redo the leather trim at some point as I didn't do a good a job as I would like.

It's actually quite similar to the series 1 wheel, also sorta reminds me of the wheel out of an 80s Pontiac.

I like it and would like one with the buttons on to try and utilise, also your red led is out between your temp and speedo :tt2:

agreed, in fact I thought at first that it was just the centre piece fitted to a 300 wheel.

 

Looks nice but imo the z emblem should be replaced with a 300 style one. But that's just being picky. Overall it looks good..

Mmmm. Can't decide. Need some more 'distance' shots. I do like that wheel as I have driven a 350Z Anniversairy across Alabama and Georgia and always liked the feel of the wheel. I need to make up my mind as to whether I like it in the Z32. I am glad the silver bits now match the wheel.

Why don't you just have it. You can have it for £0.00 delivered. Pop out the Z logo you have now and bond this in its place. What are the dimensions of the current 'Z'?

Great job fitting it and it certainly modernised the interior. But it's one of the ugliest steering wheels I've ever seen, too chunky and ugly for my liking!

My car is a base spec slicktop so doesn't have cruise. And it previously had a momo wheel fitted so airbag was gone. I removed the one from the 350 wheel too.

Any idea what other wheels will fit my car? I have a series 2 with airbag and the cruise is on a stalk not buttons on the wheel itself ,

That is strange. You might have a fault and should PM Jaikai to see if he can find any issues.
