2much work 4a beginner since spinning be car and damaging two wheels i'l have to leave it to the professionals

I think it was about 10-12 hours per wheel last time I did it (excluding drying time between coats).

Hoping to be a bit quicker this time as I'll be using polishing mops and compounds rather than just wet n dry.

i've seen the videos on youtube and it does seem time consuming all the polishing involved. is there any1 in the north east who you know off who could maybe do a toned paint job

I know a couple of folks who have used these without issue. Not used them myself though.

 

There's also SEM in Sunderland (not always the easiest to deal with) and Romax in Stockton (who are hit and miss at best)

try ppc alloy in Hartlepool.. did a great job on mine and Lil Stevies and was a lot cheaper than Romax..

IMO, a nice silver colour like that with a polished rim will give the best results and will compliment your car better.
