Bit of a random question

Does anyone think their Z is to loud? I have a pair of Mongoose back boxes that i think are to quiet if anyone fancies a swap :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:

Cheers

I've a set of custom cat-backs I bought off Jeff a while ago, they were on my na for a week before I was told off by a number of people for being too loud, I've a japspeed set now, still loud but manageable

Yeah. Like when your car sets off the neighbours car alarms when you drive past in the wee small hours!

Mines got 2 huge greddy/trust exhaust but its actually not that loud,

Its got a grumble to it, and throaty but not stupid loud mine is stainless boxes and normal steel pipes which I think makes it sound less tinny...

The na cars will allways be a lot louder then a tt...

Yeah told off by one of my neighbours for setting their alarm off 3 days in a row, then told off by my boss for pulling off the forecourt and setting off a row of jukes lol, then by a policeman as I was waiting at traffic lights, said he heard it coming for quite a while.

It's a shame it was just right on my tt, but as soon as it went on the Na...

Not especially. Mine's quite a refined burble. I still have my cats and I have a high quality exhaust. It can set alarms off if I do use the loud pedal. But I don't drive fast through my neighbourhood. A: you can't and B: It's irresponsible. People tell me it's audible, but not harsh or boomy. That's Veilside systems for you - perfect! :)

mines a n/a and very load I go past cars and set car alarms off

funki Si did you just say you like something built by Veilside and have it on your car. I am in Awe. Nice choice though.

There's a HUGE difference between Veilside bodykits and everything else they do. Their wheels and exhausts are world renowned for quality and style, their bodykits aren't really. They're well made, but strongly divide opinion. I'd not think twice about having either Veilside wheels or an exhaust on my car.

Totally agree! Obnoxiously loud exhausts are just hateful.
