Nice story behind this! It looks to be in fabulous unmolested condition. No nasty bodykits or anything. Sure, it's an auto, but if I was on the hunt for another, I'd be sure to take a look at this at that price!

Saw this last night, been on a while or it has been on and comeback. Cracking zed for someone, if only I had the cash :(

I think the reason why it's back in is described in the sales blurb. Looks a great car! Half tempted to it myself as it's rare to find a clean original such as that.

Something like that is worth buying and putting in to storage/museum piece.

I think this car has been discussed on here already.

Someone posted it up on 350z-uk a couple of days ago too.

Zed #2: 1998 Midnight Purple 2+2 NA. (owned 2020 - now)

Zed #1: 1995 Blue Slicktop NA (2013-2015)

Yup - a real beauty for sure.... I'd certainly snap that up today if I was looking to buy another Z.....

It has been up for sale before - and as Si says, the advert explains it all. Plus it is not the only 300zx that KGF has sold in the last year - I had some contact with one of their sales team last year about another one they had and posted a link to it on here. This one was also linked last year - who knows, maybe Mr Perrin will decide that he'd like the car back after selling it to the original owner.

Either way, I hope that whoever buys it, treats it properly (someone like our very own Gio would be the ideal owner:wink:). Auto or not, a straight, low mileage unmolested UK spec car in that condition will only gain value in the long term as the Z32 becomes more rare and (hopefully) attains a true classic status.

That would be an interesting place to have a look round. Lots of unusual cars on their website!

Know this zed very well, previous owner spent a lot of love and cash on it so she could have it like new.

sorry i meant an auto.der lol

4k is the approximate cost of the re wire we've just discovered our new house needs! Don't think I'm meant to be getting back in a Zed. That is such good value. And from a dealer who's prices can sometimes leave me astounded.

If I could, I would, and I wouldn't change a thing. Not even '99 spec tail lights.

The thing is Andrew, I do actually believe this car would be an investment. And at its current price it would at worst retain its value for a few years so aside from general running costs it is essentially 'free' motoring.

I have suggested this to the better half, but apparently we have a perfectly adequate Fiesta zetec s. They just don't 'get it' do they?!

Apparently it has 259bhp and does 0-60 in 6.1 :s

Hmmmm - although according to Nissan's literature (for the UK series 2, anyway) the auto is quoted as being only 263bhp. Smaller turbos spool up quicker to compensate for the auto-box; so as not to compromise on performance. And it is said that the auto is a few 10ths down on the manual to 60 - although it is a few 10ths quicker to 100..... Not my words, though...

You're dead right Dave - and sadly dead right again mate; they "don't!" That car is ideal for you mate - and I certainly hope it finds such a caring owner as you would be. It's a piece of 300zx history in the making.....!!

My series one auto turbo equipped car puts down 289hp on 9psi and the stock map. It is a bit if a frankenstine though.

I don't doubt it Steve..... After all, following the "gentlemen's agreement" back in the 1990s, what Nissan quoted and what some of their cars really put out in BHP were rather different!!

R34 being only 280bhp for starters.... Yeah, right:rofl:

Looks like this late UK spec car is still up for grabs. Last offer was declined today on ebay listing and KGF website

still has it listed.

Was starting to worry about you Si, very quiet over the last few days. Has the flood water hit you?
