Then tried on the arch extensions, I'm not having these on the car, just trying for fitment as they are the same we made for Bob's car. Looks like they fit a LWB spot on!

Will look great with wider wheels..........

I like things different and this looks great Daz:thumbup1:...needs a rear spoiler though imho:x:

Agreed. Never been a fan of the spoiler-less look. Dont go 99 spec tho, its really cheap looking.

Original old spoiler is by far the best.

Alan............

Never heard anyone describe the 99-spec spoiler as 'cheap looking' before. lol

Ditto - great job Daz; I never thought I'd see a rear light conversion I would really like - but you proved me wrong mate....

I don't mind the 99 spec on some zeds but I find it hard to see past the fact that they remind me of a Vauxhall Vectra spoiler... (same era too)

99-spoilers have always reminded me of the Esprit. Vectra looks too upright and unswooping in comparison.

Fook sake !

Simmer down ya numpties ! Throw away remark ?

What I meant was, (ahem) In regarding to the mods with Daz`s vehicle, something different.

With regard to rear spoilers on a Zed, I prefer the original one, not the later one.

Original looks like it should be there, later ones look a bit, erm, um,,, Halfords ?

I've seen some of your tastes, so I took that and the previous one with a pinch of salt. :wack:  ;) :)

Ime with you 100% on this Alan...89 looks like it was built with the car..99 looks like a "bolt on addittion"

Going to lose the swage line (lights already gone) to match the rest of the car..........

I'm loving that rear light mate.

Would look even better on a nice jet Black zx, proper stealth look rear end.

Well spotted!-centre was moulded from a scrapped swb bumper. The ends were made on my oe bumper and deepened etc

The whole lot was then given to a local F/glass guy to pull off a mould. This is a complete bumper to come from that mould.

So it is SWB/LWB hybrid about two weeks work in this!

Happy with the end result tho' and fits perfect as it was made on the car.................:chinese:

Sorry Dave but I'm leaning to White for this car, seems to be the colour ATM.

Might even do another set of lights yet but round...................

Is that something that will be being sold as it it now has a mould?

That's because realistically that what it is. It's a after thought not part of the overall design.

I've always thought a SWB bumper grafted onto a LWB would possibly compliment the design. I feel the LWB has a bit too much of an overhang, let's see some side shots? :)

Me too, hate the overhang. Was going for a Strosek type rear but been there done that..............

will get some better shots at the W/end.

As promised some side shots!-ignore the tape it holding the 'Hybrid'Bumper on.........
