Traditionally this is the biggest turn out of zed models on the calendar.

For 2014 the organisers have moved the cut off point for tickets forward so its essential to book and pay for tickets early.

This will be a joint stand with other Z clubs and will have the full range of models.There will be three Z dedicated track sessions but the numbers are limited so don’t wait too long to commit.

 

There are three Z dedicated track sessions booked at 10.42, 11.54 and 2.18 and each session will be for 20 Z/ZXs.

Places for these sessions fill extremely quickly and if you want to precipitate in a session you need to pay for it at your earliest convenience

 

 

The sessions and an initial 60 entrance tickets and passes have already been purchased at a cost of £3160 to ensure we have all three sessions and a premier location at the show and would appreciated your early payment to replenish club funds

 

 

Please remember that to get on the club stand you need to book your ticket through us, this generates the stand pass for the car. 1 ticket allows entry and up to 4 people in the car.

Tickets and stand passes will be posted to home addresses in advance. Track time paperwork for the Z dedicated track time will also be posted out in advance with the tickets

 

 

ALL payment for tickets and track time should be made through Z club by paypal. Anyone wanting to pay by cheque please pm me.

Lydiard house conference centre.... Only one we could find at decent price... All the local ones were already booked up!!

FYI there are rooms at Travelodge Swindon for £27 and Travelodge Devizes at £30. have just booked for Devizes as a mate lives close by for a Frid nite drink.

The Swindon travelodge is OK too although you park over the road in a multistorey car park.

 

The dismal M4 Travelodge locations at Leigh Delamere services are charging £73 and £66 for the priveledge of being stuck in a Motorway service are all night!!

Last years ticket said if you dont arrived by a certain time then you're not alloowed on the club stand. I can't remember the time but it was quite early...

Tbf if you arrive "on time" the traffic will make you late. I'm guessing you'd just blast down the m4?

It's more likely I will be in the 2+2 I see the noise levels are only 100db and I struggle to get below 105db so unless we can get some plugs it'll be LWB :)

Just for anyone who is undecided, yes its a long way off but now Is the time giving plenty of time for arrangement's to be made. Access to this event is pretty good, its just off the m4 so pretty easy to access from almost the whole country which is rare.

With both time attack cars coming and an amount of track time available there's plenty there for the members who want a bit more go than show.

Previous years have had a good turn out with the same faces being seen each year, plus the breakie is good and reasonably priced. Ive also driven in and out without quing for the last two years on the trot, just gotta get up on time. If the demand is there we can sort out an early bird convoy near the m4 roll in on time on mass.
