I know we have only just had JAE 2013....

 

.....but have the dates for JAE 2014 been selected yet by any chance....? Julia has to get in her holiday requests for next year before her colleagues - and as we always go away in September, I'd like to plan our hols AND be able to make JAE next year!!

It's typical that for the past 6 years I have been able to go to the events due to having untold free time, but had no money due to ill health and No Z to go in.......

Now I start work again, I get the Z on the road and will probably be working for all the shows knowing my luck........

Nothing yet, ill have a ask, but doubt even john fuggles knows just yet, and thats if it doesn't interfere with Trax like this year eventually ended up doing, hence the reason for the date change in the first place.

Ah well - looks like I'll have to take a punt then......:oops:

Glad thats finally been confirmed :-) now we just need to start putting heads & ideas together to make our stand & the event itself an enjoyable & unforgettable one for all us members & visitors..... Looking at some of the other stands this year & remembering our clubs stand @ past JAE's we all need to make more of an effort & to chip in & pull together to make it great...... Can't wait :-)

I may, may cone to JAE next year. I was going to this year but couldn't be bothered in the end, if I'm honest. It's an expensive weekend from home to sit in a field. I can sit in a field at home we have plenty...however someone needs to keep you all in line.

......BUT I should be able to move it by a day - and go away Sunday to Sunday, so I can still make it to JAE on the Saturday.....!!!

With all due respect to those that go and the membership on here, I've never really had the motivation to go to JAE. I did all the typical British 'car show in a field up North' things when I was in my 20s and quickly became disheartened with soggy fields and unpredictable weather. It's also a miserable drive from here, a REALLY miserable drive. There's a potential that I'll be overseas when Japfest is on too as Branson Z Fest is on at the end of May and I usually tie it in with 3 weeks in California and Arizona.
