Went down to the pub n grub at Shardlow near Derby today - despite being up till 3:30am at a party last night!!

Wow what a great venue and some outstanding cars!!! Let's say these caused quite a lot of interest as we parked along the canal bank.....

Nice to meet some more members of this forum too

Yeah was a really good meet and the most outstanding collection of Zeds I ever saw parked in one line!

Sorry for anyones car not featured this time, I tried to mostly upload pics of cars I had not previously seen. but I didnt bother with any of Slick Pete's trackday/street/strip junk cos he was rude about my painted coilpacks

:lol::lol::lol:

Even so it was a great little meet. First time Ive been to a "social" type of meet since JAE last year.

As Ceejay said in another thread it reminded us of Midlands meets from the distant past.

I really enjoyed it.

Great location. Good food and good company.

I met up with a couple of Bikers on the way home heading down the A610 probably on their way to Matlock. One of them appeared to be "up for it" so the pair of us had a go.:blink:. We both backed off as we were approaching the limit officer!!!:lol:

A couple of wide arch ones also which is great to see. Also a few not seen before.

As usual Rich Im only kidding.:balloon:

I dont even bother taking pics of it myself now its built.

It was just good to see such a big turnout which included some of the best cars on the forum.

Your own is very nice reallly and its clear you have put a lot of time effort AND money in to it.

Mine is just assembled from a write off shell and a collection of bits and as such was always going to be rough round the edges. The great thing about it is it doesnt have a "wallet brake" fitted which means I can drive it like I stole it and if I bin it or blow it up then it simply dont matter. :thumbup1:
