Hello,

I hope You understand what i write guys ;) .

My clutch was working before i remove engine. After i put the engine back, I buy a brand nev slave clutch cylinder (old one was leaking) and istal it.

Put new fluid into system, and trying to bleed it like in all this FAQ.

My clutch pedal is soft, like no resistance at all, all the way.

Slave cylinder dont move at all, even 1mm.

Fluid is coming out from bleed valve on bottom and this one near driver wing.

Why my clutch not working at all?

Konrad

Sorry if someone already said this, I did read through but didn't notice anything.

When replacing the clutch cylinder, don't bother connecting the pipe that goes off across the left wing, just make a brand new connection straight down, with either hard pipe, or a flexi pipe (see link below), directly to the slave cylinder, then bleeding is easy thanks to gravity! Simply top up the cylinder, then go underneath, drain some fluid off, until no air bubbles (if any at all), nip the nut, top up reservoir, job done.

My clutch cylinder went too, it is a right pain to get out and in, but can be done. Don't expect to have any skin left on your knuckles.

I'm sure I've seen one in the UK - http://www.zspeedperformance.com/ZSpeed-300zx-1-Piece-Stainless-SS-Clutch-Hose-Full-Length-ZSP1008.htm

Strange I had this same problem but once I'd fitted seal kit was fine I take it you have tried going from slave to remote nipple under bonnet should bleed ok now .Is it pushing fluid threw the slave when pedal is pumped .I had the problem of bubbling in the master pot before I fitted seal kit did you have this problem .

Mate i told you days ago before you spent good wonga...gravity is your friend...use it;)

Me and two guys (one own a garage and another one work in other) trying to bleed this damn clutch for two days, hmm around 4-5 hours already

Tommorow i make a new line from master cylinder to slave cylinder and just leave old lines with stupid two bleed valves.

draxan .. i kinda said you should do this from the start m8 ..

i just done a clutch with new master and slave ... and braided line didnt even have to touch the peddle just let the gravity do the work for me

Ok, so for anybody who got the same problem...

After liters of fluid, after hours of pumping, dozens of times opening bleed valves got enough and i make a new line from master cylinder to slave cylinder, using normal brakes hard pipes.

Lutch bleed straight away, no problems at all...

Nissan guys who think about that two bleed valves should burn in hell...
