  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Today nothing, but I did take the Zed out for a little drive the other day - and stopped for a couple of pics. Any excuse 😉

Just picked her up from my mate who does Valeting. Really happy with both inside and out now, ready now for JAE and the nicer weather.

She's looking sweet Chris.. Seeing that makes me crave the leather but all in good time.. I've got a very good man working on it!

Didn't your wheel fall off :wack:

It lost four out of five nuts, yes....

Got home from the US (:cowboy:) with all the rebuild goodies for my transmission..... full new clutch kits with steels, full gasket kit and a nice transgo shift kit.......

I also brought back 2 CZP uprated actuators and goose honk killers..........

Watching my Z disintegrate on my driveway!!!

Well I got my replacement door lock bit from Andy. Broken plastic bit now replaced with shiny metal bit. Happy days. So if my wheel falls off, suspension breaks or engine goes tits up - at least i can lock the car and walk away. Lol

Isn't this what a torque wrench was designed for?

He just bought the car so it wasnt him to tighten them.

As strange as it may sound, I took a torque wrench on the plane to Scotland when I went to buy my car..

I never trust someone else with something that important.. Had a wheel nearly come off on my old V8 rover years back and since then, I have to know those nuts are on right..

I wasn't driving 650 miles home on a wing and a prayer! Lol..

I check and retorque my wheels every thousand miles..

You should certainly recheck them after a few hundred miles of having them off, pretty much any tyre place will state it on the invoice. I checked mine last weekend because I knew I was going to take the car out, out, and I'd had the wheels off recently. Always sensible. That being said I know plenty of people that have dropped the car off the stands driven off the drive and round the corner only to go, "oh sheite!!!" And have to go home and redo it. It's so easy to do them hand tight then forget to tweak them up.

I like the gram lights mate.

It was more to post than to buy them Stephen..... lol

Along with a few bits for Lee (Bird) and some parts for Eggs...... The cases were a bit heavy with the parts in them.... lol

I'm just glad I didn't get asked for turbo's, heads or a crank..... lol

It was a good trip and Disney was superb..... so glad we bought fast passes though as the queues were about 1.5 to 2 hours each without them.......

I did see loads of Challengers, Chargers, Corvettes and Mustangs....... common as a Mondeo over there.... But I did want to bring a Challenger back with me..... lol

A few 350Z's about, but not a single Z32 anywhere....... I missed a classic car show as watching fireworks at Epcot with the kids was more important and they loved it for about 10 minutes till they got bored and wanted to go home.... lol

Watching my Z disintegrate on my driveway!!!

Picked up the Zed from Keith's after its paint job... Really happy with the result! Thanks alot Keith!! :)
