I left my ZX at the local garage this morning for an MOT and oil and filter change.....

......And collected it about an hour ago with a lovely new MOT; happily burbling away on a sump full of Castrol's nice clean finest!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Good news Rich :thumbup1:

Cheers fellas......

Good news Rich I hope I can say the same next Saturday (9th) as mine is booked in for MOT followed by a years tax on it  The garage Queen is coming out to play:hyper:

Nice one Gaz - your ZX has been in the garage for long enough mate. Get out there and enjoy it once again.... That's why I keep mine taxed all year as I cannot resist a blast on a nice sunny winters day......

......Wow - 3 years already Phil... That went by fast!! And you certainly have to get at least one of your (remaining) Zs back on the road - they are too good to sit in your garage mate!! Still at least you know that your old blue one is still alive, kicking and being used as it should...

That's good news! My mx5 had its mot this week. Assumed it would bimble through so I booked it in for a major service too. But no- brake calipers, discs and pads all round. Ouch!!

Oooh - sorry to hear that Mandy:sad:

I used to try and get the Z done a month before the MOT expires (just in case), but for the last couple of years I have left it until the last day or so. Mainly because I forget and have it in mind that it's due at the end of March - LOL....

......but so far I have been fortunate and it's breezed though!! So this year I got a bit complacent - but luckily I had nothing to worry about.....
