I am also with you on that one, maybe for a sponsered race car that can be torn down frequently but for my "reliable" street I think I will keep the full guide. Yip, cant wait to start my build.

 

Take the bottom of the guide off it helps flow :thumbup1: Mark you didnt lap the valves in without getting the seats and faces cut ? the inlets may seal ok but the exhaust seats will never lap properly :no:

to bloody late now all heads of on ... not talking them off to do that i'm all ready 2>3months over due on doing this due to problems

if i had all Bits at hand once doing all Porting/water ways modifications to put the engine together would be 2 days

I'd love to rebuild mine myself but never done one before, so probably not the best engine to learn on!!!

You really get on my tits Mark, it's taken you 5 minutes to get your bay back together and it's taken me soooooooo much longer

Done service on a va bora

Replaced cam belt on seat ibiza

Take shocks and trims of breaker

Re fit engine bay
