what do you know of that was offered as a are factory optional extra, or what gems has your zed got on it, im becoming more interested by the day by keeping the car stock clean and period. taht doesnt mean im going to rip off my 18s and put the stock wheels back on(well not just yet) but little gems were out there at the time of production.

Will get some photos up of my slicktop over here in Australia. Has been fitted with:-

Altia illuminated sills

Altia illuminated rear garnish

Altia illuminated 1/4 window shades (yes they do make them for 2+0)

"Splatter design" Floor mats (about the only way you can describe the look)

Bose enclosures front and rear

Sony 10-stacker CD with console mounted controller. Bit difficult if you dont have the required clarion/bose casette with cd controller input, but have converted mine to transmit via bluetooth for aftermarket Pioneer head unit

 

Other factory options include...

Nissan 1/4 window inserts (differ to the Altia illuminated)

Nissan Hatch carpet protector. Virtually a carpet that goes over the hatch carpet..... go figure

Storage compartment. Only available for 2+0 as far as I know. Sits in the carpeted area between the rear struts.

Roof racks- with optional ski attachments and surfboard tie down.

 

Do have a brand new, unfitted set of altia 1/4 window inserts to suit 2+2 that I'll part with some day..... but how can you put a price on the rarest of options in mint condition :P

i had pop out cup holders mounted under the stereo in mine and im sure jeff posted a pic of a dehumidifier fitted as a factory option in a breaker he had in

 

Mine had heated mirriors it was ukdm, they didnt have their own switch but would come on when you put on the windscreen blower or the heated rear screen i cant remember which

My UK spec has heated mirrors also; they come on with the heated rear window. I think it may have been on the series 2 cars though....

I believe JDM cars don't have heated mirrors as standard? I've got them, come on with the rear screen, and no signs at all of retro fitting. And I've got the boot carpet, carpet protection carpet :)

I've always considered selling them as they don't really mean anything to me and are a bit cheesy! I got rid of my rear panel for the same reason. These are a bit rarer though and in my case serve a purpose, if I was to remove them I would need to tint the windows to bring the look back which would null out the money from selling.
