From my (limited) understanding of Super AFC's etc, I dont think they would have anywhere near the amount of adjustment needed to compensate for the bigger injectors. Im sure Eric can clarify this.

Interesting, so an tuned chip designed for bigger injectors is the only answer to get the full benefit of bigger injectors.

So the question is Lymon are you offereing a tuned chip and if so will it take account of bigger injectors , bigger flowing turbos,Induction cone kit and aftermarket exhaust?????

The ones that already have a chip can probably have it remapped by the vendor of the chip.

The solution with the electronic fuel computers probably won't work, since those only regulate the amount of fuel that is send to the injectors...it might work (I have never tried it), but the car will probably run pretty shitty in the lower rpm's and you will never see the full potential of the new injectors.

Tthe most important thing is the injector pulse and as far as I know there is no aftermarket box that you can hook up to a ECU and that is able to change the injector pulse.

Marc, I can get you a chip tuned for 555's + dual intake + exhaust + bigger turbos for auto/manual for 60 Euro (£40) or for those that have a stock ECU, I can rechip it for 300 euro (£190).

For this last option you'll need to send your ECU to me (Holland) and it probably takes about 10-14 days before you have it back.

Email me if interested.

Lymon you is the man!!!

Just sent you an email

This is gonna get interesting re AFRs and the like biggrin.gif

The injection pulse IS changed by them! The way it works is by reporting a different MAS and TPS voltage to fool the ecu into thinking there is more/less air entering the engine... However, it would be a complete nightmare mapping the whole thing.

Brand New in the Box Bosch (German Made)Injectors 550cc.

Bosch is OE to the like's of Porsche, Merc, VW

These Motorsport Injectors are used by many,Drag racers in Australia and in europe, dont pay big dollars for the NISMO type as they might be even manufactured by Bosch.

These will replace the factory units, direct replacement.

When your increasing boost, or adding a nitrous system to your 300zxtt , the OEM injectors no longer provide a suffecient amount of fuel for the VG30DETT engine.

These 55Occ (vs 360cc stock units) BOSCH injectors will provide the additional fuel requirement needed to get maximum performance.

Might Require an ECU upgrade.

Sold individually for

$140 each, thats right $140 each

So for the VG30DETT Engine you will need 6 injectors.

6 x $140 = $840 + $20 shipping via DHL 3-6 Day service with tracking.

We can probably get these injectors cheaper then that from Bosch Germany directly.

Those are Australian dollars so only works out about £300 per set. I notice they need 70psi to deliver 550cc of fuel and the Zed's fuel pressure is much lower than that so is that why a pressure regulator is needed?

Also I can only see Nismo injectors on that site.
