well not had the best day had to nip out this morning to go look at a job came off the roundabout in the wet lost the back end hit a pole and went down an embankment. getting it out wasnt that easy but we did it the car is home and im fine thats all that matters

If the main left side chassis leg has taken the brunt of the force it sends a shock wave up the length of the car and bends the floor pan. Which effectively kills the car. Much the same sort of damage on my old jdm...

I hope that's not as bad as it looks :no:

been out having a look at it there wasnt that much of an impact on the car and doesnt seem to have moved anything past the waterbotle that sits behind the headlight but just need to wait and see what they say and how much it will actually cost to fix

Glad your ok, still thinking of a baby seat, after seeing this knowing how easy it is to spin them i'm staying well clear.

 

I've spun mine a few times and each time i think that was close but always thinking it could never happen for real.

 

All it takes is a damp patch and an embankment to fall down and your royaly screwed.

 

Hope its not as bad as it looks and can be fixed as i bets if you look outside there will be a few vultures hovering already.

How steep was the embankment ?

bout 8 ft down maybe about 60 degree slope

If it helps at all mate I can do you a wing, headlight, bonnet and probably anything else thats damaged down there for free, just cover postage costs. I do have afront bumper but its an NA one. :)

just have to start stripping it apart and see how bad it actually is under the bent metal and glass etc. it may not be too bad, ie mostly cosmetic. good luck.
