Thanks for all your kind messages and words of support to both myself and Marie-Anne, to say it's been a scarey couple of days is an understatement.

 

Doctor's said that they were very pleased with my progress after the angioplasty yesterday and thank god they did it through the wrist and not the groin :no: mind you there were some very fit nurses in the operating theatre, oh well. They've inserted 3 stents to help open up the arteries so as long as i take it steady and keep taking the tablets i should be fighting fit in no time.

 

Can't drive for up to 4 weeks or until the quack gives me the all clear so guess i'll just have to sit and look out the window lol.

 

Well going to get some rest and await some of Marie-Anne's fine cooking - hospital food is one thing i sure wont miss :hurl::hurl:
