Just got mine out after the winter, I have a smell of fuel when I put on the blower. I can also smell it from under the bonet but can not seem to locate it.

Any obvious things I have over looked!

MOst likely the small fuel hoses under the bonnet; around the fuel filter and under the plastic cover in the middle of the "V"

The cold weather causes the rubber to contract a little and the high fuel pressure can result in fuel vapour seeping out of the rubber hose ends.

Worst case scenario means replacing all the rubber hoses; but in most cases, just going round and tightening all the hose clamps will fix the problem!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

That's exactly where mine is leaking... right at the front under the cover and under the accelerator linkage... I can see it's damp around the pipe.... I used a torch to find it....

I nipped it up a bit and it seemed to stop but has come back, got the hose and will replace it as soon as possible.... a bit of a pain to get to..lol...
