Had a bit of a disaster last night putting them on LOL got 3 of them on no problems then the last rear wouldnt fit :wack: tried everything but nope woldnt go on, took it off and the hub was bigger than the wheel centre :mad: so 10 minutes of head scratching, took the other rear off which fit fine only to realise it still had a spiggot ring on :smash: it was the same colour as the rims so blended right in and you couldnt tell it was there, anyway managed to get it out and rims fit fine then :hyper:

 

Still think i need to space the fronts out to fill the arches a bit more but the rears fill out very nicely indeed.

 

The wheels are Rota GTR drift 8.5" fronts ET30 with 235 falken 452s the rears are 9.5" ET30 with 275 falkens

 

I will say this, drove it last night for a quick black and without trying the rear end was very drift happy so changed the tyre pressure today to see if that helps

Not my taste in colour combo, but the wheels are nice. Get some spacers on those front wheels though Mike!

not a fan of black alloys but they look well on a silver zed and spacers on the fronts would help the stance:)

Well for starters you cant see what the new ones look like in any of the pics. Other than the fact that they are black.

Doesnt really matter anyway as Rota drifts are everywhere on scruffy drift cars etc.

i love the gtr, i had the first set on a zed on the forum, they look great and the bronze looking piddly crap he had on before looked about as daft as a bottle of chips lol

As the grand moderator says looking very nice,,,kepp them black with the red rim.....suit the car no doubt,,,possibly go for blacked out windows,,black roof cross memebers to give it that panoramic look....

Thats the problem with black alloys, they just get lost with the tyre and arch

 

Spray them silver they will also look much bigger :cool:

they look better in real life ;) i would have prefered gun metal wheels but i think the black looks mean :) and they do suit the car better than the bronze volks, well i think they do ;)
