Due to heat soak I need to reduce under bonnet temperature so may need to fit vents into the bonnet. Any opinions on types?

Put your viscous back on mate.problem solved i bet.

Won't fit mate, some idiots put a f@@kin big turbo there

Do you have your undertray still on? By slicing cuts into it and directing them towards the rear of the car you will create suction from air passing under the car which will 'suck' hot air out! May help a little when driving but useless in traffic :)

The problem is that hot air rises :( Best option has to be bonnet vents IMO

i always remove the rubber strip at the rear of the engine bay as that stops the heat passing out of the rear of the engine, it does help and you can always space out the bonnet but i must admit i'm not a great lover of the look but i would do it if i was going on the track at some point :)

I may have to do that but will try wrapping everything first, I do like certain bonnet vents but not sure what woud suit the car.

I make the usual vent. Pm me an offer if you like??

Do you mean the nose cone? I have one of those but as the fuse box and ptu are under there I can't use it. Unless you mean you do bonnet vents?

It's difficult to find a style to suit but I may have to get some done if it's the only way to reduce temperature. I was hoping other may have put up some suggestions/pics?

you can get thermal jackets for turbos..that might work,it must be because the tub is sitting higher now and more into the engine bay

James300 had some good work done on his Zed. Try a search (I would but I'm on the bus!)
