We are meant to picking my car and parts up on Friday from the garage.

 

They seemed happy for it to go.

 

Keeping in mind they have had it for a year and a half.

 

We had to call them today to confirm Friday.

 

They said they have been working out what work they have done and discuss the money I owe them.

 

Are you kidding me??

 

Seriously!!

 

They have no idea!! How can they even think about saying that!

 

They should be ashamed!

 

I have had enough of this!

 

I have reported them to trading Standads and the osmunds what ever it is called.

 

I am taking it to the press and I am reporting them to the watchdog!

 

How dare they even say I owe them money.

 

I can probably guess their game, they have no leg to stand on, they are so in the wrong!! What i bet they are doing is lie yet again and make the bill up even more. then they will say you owe us ex amount but i tell you what we will call it quits and dont pay anything. In other words they know i am in every right to take them to court, they also know i want my deposit back and compensation i bet they are trying to get out of giving anything back.

 

I really dont believe how a garage with their reputation can do this to a customer.

 

They have no idea what road they are driving it down, I will take them to court and make this public.

 

Why should they get away with ripping me off and coning me.

 

How is it fair for them to do this and no one else aware of what a bad garage they are and how they just rip people off. Everyone should be aware so they can avoid this garage like the plague.

I really want to say, because if you wanted some work done and took your car there and they done the same to you then i would feel terrible for not warning anyone.

I really hope this all comes good for you, but by the sound of it they have had too many chances.

That sounds like a good tactic for them not giving you any money and ' calling it quits'

If they try to withold car,take it any way.No, seriously.

If they get threatening the police will respond to that, but will watch as you take the car away as its a 'civil matter'

I had a nasty experience a few years back, garage took my old car in p/x, then asked for £500 more money than we had previously agreed + i had to 'steal' my own car back, by loading it up + driving off. The police were called, nowt ever came of it...

It's not that simple, they have about £35k worth of my stuff.

 

There are parts and everything every where. I need it to be civil.

 

All the parts are in the workshop laid out on benches. I need it bagged and boxed and labelled carefully.

 

I tell you what they have pissed the wrong people off. I am as nice as pie but i can't speak for the people they have also pissed off in all this. I wouldnt be surprised if they had a visit.

 

I know allot of people all over the place in the jap scene, if they keep this up i will be making this heard of on every big club forum.

 

Why should they be able to do this to me and get away with it.

 

Also how can anyone else use a company like that. Everyone needs to be warned what they do to people and how they are well just crooks.

go down to the norwich county court thusday early before 9am there are juges there explain to them yourll need to see a judge now this morning,pretty please.explain to him exacatly whats been going on and take docs and recepts with you.explain with this kind of out lay and how messy things could get with sueing and counter sueing that he will issue a right siezure act on your property and your then when got something of of them go to kent or where your stuff is and just before going in go to the local police station and say. i have this warrant to get my stuff back but need an escort because i beleiave this pepole can get nasty.they then should esscort you. and with them there you should be able to recover whats yours then go done the route of taking them to court for breach of contract and sue

simply ask them for their invoice with a full list of all works carried out, have a list of your parts with you tick them off as recieved / removed when you take the car, note any running problems / condition etc, take detailed pics. then dont pay the bill and invite them to take you to court, file a counterclaim and have it out with the judge its apparent from everything you have posted they are not negotiable people so let the court decide, chances are they wont take you to court

if they refuse to hand over the car / lock you out, get N1 claim from from your local county court file a claim for an order to return the vehicle / parts...any problems call me i've helped a couple of members out in this area quite successfully
