:hyper: Got my new Fibreglass Rear Diffuser through the post today! weighs around 1.5kgs and fits perfectly between the two 'blades' coming off my rear bumper. Is super smooth in black and is at an 7degree angle which is a good angle (read between 5-12degrees was best) and it completely covers the fuel tank and ends just before the Diff so fitting shouldnt take to long (although no time, no tools atm and no space)

Couple of piccies

A Quick Trial Fit obviously the Box wont be there on final fitment and it will be a tighter flush to the bumper

Got my flat floor plan done and dusted i reckon so once this is on and funds are back up then will be buying a heap of Fibreglass and get Making :)

Should have the Diffuser on for Zedfest :)

Enjoy

Where from??? I could start makeing these. Plus i want one for my own.

Fancey selling :D

Super duper jealous!!!

where did you get it from mate?

I like it, although I think with that rear bumper, it looks a little fussy. With a stock bumper or something with less lines on it, it would look really good.

top banana... you gonna track this old girl when you get your undertray on?

Not planning to although may do one or two just to experience it in the Zed. I tend to do alot of Motorway mileage so i thought weight reduction can help (now averaging 30mpg on the motorways) and with a super swift under-body that will help me get a few more!

So it wont be just for show

What an odd little website that is. The advertise really expensive Ferrari Bodykits and the only engine dress up stuff they do is for a Suzuki swift! LOL

Some interesting stuff on there though. Like the diffusers.

I agree, not only that the spelling is terrible. Why do they do that, expensive stuff, fancy looking website and real bad spelling! Doesn't fill you full of confidence. Though I do like some of the bits :nana2:

Ok guys i spent a few hours yesterday fitting this! only had 1 jack and NO Axel stands so it was a Pig but i got it done :)

Drilled Through the Rear bumper for the 2 bolts to go through the bumper and Diffuser to its secure at the back and underneath i tucked it in the Heat-shield just in front of the petrol tank and bolted it through the heat-shield and diffuser thus saving me from making some Brackets for it. As its tucked in there, there is no upset in the airflow under the rear of the car. This is how she looks

Looks Super Stealthy yet does its job! Will see if there is any MPG gain on the trip to Zedfest at the weekend. On my drive to Blackpool i was at 29mpg.

How it looks from the floor, covers up the fuel tank so another thing protected!

Finally a Sideish view to see how it compared to the rest of the rear bumper, still pretty flush with it and the blades dont stick out or too far down past the ones on the bumper!

Enjoy the Pics :)
