It all started as i was on the way back from Simon's (fastorquer on the forums) because i needed to borrow his boost leak detector as i have boost leak somewhere. So im near home and taking it steady though a few country roads and enjoying driving the zed. All of a sudden a car comes up behind me and starts near enough tail gating me, by this point i'm so pissed off i could of got out and kicked the shit into him, so i thought f4ck it, time to put my foot down, so down goes the loud pedal. Bye bye stupid tail gator, so driving home steady again and he comes bloody back! So now im in a 40MPH zone heading towards a the ring road and i do the speed limit as im sure it was the police. So doing a steady 40 and the idiot overtakes me. Right thats it! Racing murt comes on! Into 2nd and after the idiot and now its revenge, time to tail gate him! So get to the round about and im on him like mad, he cant get away or anything, until hello mr boost leak kicks in, managed to keep up till the first round about, was taking the roundabout at around 50 tyres squealing the works, so im now on the next stretch and im still very close to him, but as we go over 100 the boost leak is just so bad the car is jumpy, so i stop using the turbos and just use the V6, you know like just put the pedal half way down. As we both are slowing down for the red light i see a white car in my mirror, and im thinking thats it. Byebye license, it turns out to be a Evo who looks very pissed off. He gets in second lane to go straight on along with the RX8 (who i was racing) who gets in the first lane, and i get behind the RX8 as im going left, as the lights turn Green the Evo fish tails on all four wheels and near enough loses control going around the roundabout, i go left and the RX8 attempts to race the evo.

 

If i had my boost leaks sorted, i would of kept on going, but boosting with boost leaks is the worse thing i can do. When i stopped the tyres were red hot, think i cleared the CATS out good for the mot :rofl:
