it was 10.10 cheeky sod

noticed one of our tennants had been into the leccy meter, took around £40 out of it, left a written warning telling him that it would be added to rent arrears and if it happened again he would be out( fair enough i thought)

went to collect the rent and empty the meter again today (gets emptied weekly rather that monthly-cause he is a rouge), noticed the seals were missing, told him to pack his netto carrier and fook off, was told he is going to his solicitor about harrassing him at unreasonable times

as the title says, it was ten past fookin ten AM, if that is unreasonable, what is reasonable lol

coont will be sleeping rough or at the salvation army shelter tonite, i will be in my nice house with central heating and comfy living area

as ive said in the past, our bedsits aint the ritz, but they are the best in sunderland, they are clean, they are cheap with free hot water and heating and leccy in the communal area's, they pay £50 a week for one funrished room and they put their money in the meter for their lights, heat, and appliances in their room and still they take the piss

i hate the type of people that keep me employed lol

why do some people shit on their doorstep????????

he knows trying to be hard would get him nowhere, so he tried the no win no fee approach lol, he will be appraching strnagers in the morn for some change for a coffee lol

£50 a week? Man, that's cheap. I think I paid double that at my halls of residence at uni!

Good on you mate, you done the right thing. Kicked his arse out, should be a lesson to your other tenants really.

Stella you p*ssed him off, because he was going to watch Jeremy Kyle. Same as me mate, all our tennats are not worth a squirt of golden stuff.

They all want want want, or say "give me a new fooking boiler i deserve it"

you deserve to go andget working for a living like we all have too.

Total drain on society:xxx:

halls of residence are expensive as you have to subsiside the rent for when you aint there, you take a yearly lease (unbeknown to you) even though you may only be residing for half of that

in this economical climate, we are getting more cash (no benefit) tennants, but they are no better than the housing benefit tennants, i dont get a real hard time, we have some really decent people living in our bedsits, its just the minority that really boils m piss

unfortunatelly, with 50 rooms, 6 shops, 3 workshops, 2 flats to rent out, you cant afford to be picky

best thing is, we try and keep our tennants above the responsible age of 30, but they are no better than teenagers lol
