Okay then guys, it is easier to ask the question who's not working in IT. It seems that everyone on this forum is in this line of business. Why the 300 and IT? Tim

Help, I have recently purchased a UK spec 300zx TT, and am having laods of problems with the brakes. The front disks and pads are new, and the brake fluid have been bled recently, yet they feel very spongey and weak and the car tends to swerve under braking. What do i do????????????????????? ------------------

Where exactly are you supposed to jack these things using a trolley jack? On the visible lip on the bottom of the sill? (the outermost lip) Or somewhere further inboard? I know, it's a stupid question! I don't even think about where to jack the Renault, I just 'know'.. But I haven't a clue on the Z... Ta Az

Wow! What a difference it made. The movment of the accelerator pedal is so smooth and the car just runs perfectly. The responce of the engine is twice as fast, even to say that the car is slightly faster. Taking her for a spin and there is no jerk from the car when I suddenly put my foot down, and the car wheel spun about 500rpm earlier than normal. If you have not done it do it. Stuart

Just thought I'd share this with you all.. Just had the alignment done.. Everything was waaayyy outta spec.. Had the tracking done front and rear.. But the camber on the left side is way out of spec, and he couldn't adjust the rear, so that side is at something like -2.5' camber.. Bummer.. Oh and 4 tyres & alignment cost £588... (still feeling lightheaded!) Oh and the Aircon has stopped blowing cold, and the cruise control doesn't work... Lemon? I think so... Az

I can't seem to work out why my cars a bleeper! Its a '90 TT Jap Import 2+0, Whenever the car comes to a near standstill, it beeps once softly (quite similar to the lights on warning beep). It doesnt matter if I am in drive, or neutral, or whether I am braking or coasting to a standstill, at about 3mph I get the single beep. Nissan who just serviced it (and kindly removed £700 from my bank account) looked at me daftly and told me that as it was an import, no-one could tell them what it meant. Does anyone else have this dammed annoying beep? And if so, how did you stop it???

Oh man, its only a matter of time before the whole damn thing is ripped out uncerimoniously by some twatty county hall inspired arse carbuncle road bump shit. Cracked the thing today, just a small crack (oooerr ) but goddam it it sits an inch off the ground. I cant cope with the paranoia (see previous post vis Class A's ). Is there a set of front shocks I can get that will raise the car an inch or two at the push of a button (yeah right! we all know the Knight Industries Two Thousand was real ) I have seen da Gangsta homiez doing it in America, so they can cruise Compton and South Central. Hi Danny Had a thought after our meeting about your water loss /overheating. I noticed when we were talking and you switched off the WARM engine the cooling fan kept spinning for a fair while. Now I remember the same on a friends car a sierra I think the viscous fan was stuffed and was not providing cooling at low speeds and hence water loss via the rad cap expansion.Might be the same worth checking your fan when the engine is hot the fan should be relatively hard to turn by hand and like wise easy when cold. Oh by the way there is a couple of centre console lids available in a breaker 2 miles from you in the right colour and good condition. Can mail you details if u wa…
