What is the best way of cleaning your engine bay ? I have had it suggested that you can just Jet-Wash it, surely this cannot be correct ? or is it Jest-Wash, GROAN !!! Herman

How many people would be interested in a dedicated track day? This is only an idea at the moment but perhaps Cadwell park, early part of next year. keeping the cost to a minimum around £100 per/head. Would need about 30 cars! Possibly the 200sx and 300zx forums? Comments... I am a bit pissed off to here you all slating Matey for his reasons against buying Mattys car. At the end of the day its Mateys hard earned money, and if he decides Mattys car is not up to standard then thats his decision. Was jogging round the park this morning. Came back to the car and some van or car has smacked my ZX right in. The passenger window is broken and I am going to need a new door, window, front wing... Does anyone know if my third party fire and theft cover will cover me on this type of incident???

Having revued all the comments (inc my own) this morning I think the subject of selling your car is always a spikey one,and maybe we all gota a bit protective to one of our own.Matey if you are to be a genuine zed owner and visiter to this site I think some closure to the buying / selling issue is needed in the name of peace and friendship, funny how a small issue close to home tricks you mind into forgetting some of the bigger probs the world has at the moment.my view any way Jeff TT Ps I still love you Matt

Some of you may have seen the number plate that WAS on my car. Yes, is say WAS because today the DVLA sent me information of my new reg plate, well just sent my tax disc back with the new reg on it. Yipee I am now H960KDB.

I know a few of you guys have gone down this road and sorted things out and I want to do the same before the bad winter and having to slam my brakes on yesterday on the M25. 1. is it possible to tell if your disks are warped just by looking at them or line up a staight surface against the surface of the disk? 2. what and where are the bushes that wear out. Can you easily tell if they are worn and how difficult are they to change? Thanks Vijay

Hi guys, Fitted the new dampers-ok-, but where on earth do you possition the electric motors ??? Motors work fine in turning the 90 degrees required, and fit on the bracketry fine but you can adjust the damper shaft & motor shaft. Im conserned in case 1's going stiff as the other going soft. (doors open there, but how else can I explain it) UK car all std (new) bits. cheers harve
