Does anyone know the bulb numbers for both headlight bulbs on J-Spec Zed's?? Also the best type and place to buy them. Is there anyway to convert to UK spec bulbs easily??? I'm fed up with getting the dremel out to make the closest sort fit, just getting them to fit and breaking them :( Thanks in advance. Pete

Would anybody have any idea of what my nissan 300zx z31 would be worth? Its a 3L turbo model 1984 Manual transmission Targa tops 65k Re-sprayed in a deep nissan blue Engine is running perfectly The car has no mechanical propblems Electric window/s, cruise control etc. Bad points the passenger side electric window isnt working at the minute (i have all the mechanisms to replace it. There are a few little tiny imperfections on bodywork. Parts also is not a problem I have basically every part for this car in the shed from bumpers and targa panels to gaskets and even a spare engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How long should you be able to hold pressure for ? I know I have a small leak in a breather hose right at the back of the engine that's ganna be a PITA to sort :rant: but it's only a small one. I can barley get it to 3 - 4 PSI or maybe the crappy compressor I'm using just aint up to it.

I have a z32 2+2 non turbo. (not on the road at the moment) My exhausts are the twin ports each side box. (is that typically the non turbo design) ? Anyway, the back boxes just swing about at the back as the rest of the pipes and rotted away. On closer inspection i found that the exhaust system from the cat to the back boxes have rusted to bits. Like a mug i am, i rushed out and brought a second hand exhaust system (cat - back) from a z32 2+2 "turbo". Its the type with just the big port on each box. Now im wondering if the TT exhausts will fit onto my N/A :confused: PS, hope all that makes sense, im new to this site and to zx's. …

if you were to sell your zed what car would you buy, it has to be a realistic car so no astons etc. and i dont wanna hear ''i wouldnt sell my zed'' lol

where would you buy one from and are they worth replacing as im doing an engine change. also anyone have an idea of the price of one?

As above i have heard our VG30/DE/T/TT Engine was used in other Nissan's not just the Late 300zx and all Have the Same Block? Which one's were they? This would be handy to know when sourcing parts!

Can a leaking rear crank seal cause low oil pressure??

i have found that my coolant is leaking, and whne i checked how much was in the reservior, i found out it was empty, so i poured about a gallon in there, and when i finished i realized that its been leaking right through one of the hoses, for the past two days or so after driving the car for about an hour, there has been alot of smoke coming out form under the engine close to where the battery is placed, but its been coming form under the engine it looks as if it was oil being burned or if it was coming form turbos an dit was smoking pretty badly i took a pic of it if it helps, does anyone have anyidea what this could be? or mean? could it be the turbo? would i need a ne …

hi all, i need any info you guys have on a car i,m sure some of you may know. the car belongs to shunter(neil), the club secretary. the car is a black uk tt manual with 19 OZ alloys. ive read in some previous threads that he had trouble with the car smoking after idling for a few mins. does anyone have any info on the car? just i,m getting the train all the way down to bristol on saturday and would rather know if the turbo seals were gone. he says there is a straight through exhaust on the car(bypassing the cats and he runs it on magnatec with a shot of the thick oil additive eg. stp. could this be to stop the car smoking. any info would be appreciated. p.s. hope y…

guys which is the best way of removing prop bearing as you can see from the pics ive tryed with a pulley puller but it just stretches the rubber when i tighten the puller & i dont wanna damage it as i need to post it to a member asap
