Any advice on fitting rear struts and springs and front springs. Money's really tight and i've just been handed my notice at work so may have a go at this myself. I guess i'll need some spring compressors but what's the story with fitting the new struts will these still work with the handbrake device???? Thanks

im looking to change all the bushes at the rear of my car, what bushes are there. im doing the hicas bushes, not doing the sub frame bushes. can these bushes be changed? if so what are they and where do i get them from?

If you are pulling away from traffic lights with two lanes, and then there is a bollard on one side and the kerb is extended out on the other (like a traffic calming feature), narrowing the two lanes to one, who has the right of way?? Cos some bitch has just driven right into me, and pushed me onto the bollard! Not sure where I stand?

Hi All. Im after a set of 17 for my Z. I like the idea of a split rim wider rear with 5 spokes not to thick a spoke but not a blade. I think LENSO do a style but the rears aint wider. Does anyone know what im talking about if so please firer the make and model of these wheels. Any links or pics of any kind will be great. Im not into 18s and i do honnestly like the standard 16 on the Z with the right tyre. However if i got a nice set of these 17s im after they would do my job nicely. All the best.

My indicators are not working, but my hazard lights are :rolleyes: , I have checked the fuse next to the accelerator pedal and its fine, where should I look next? Also my headlamps are acting up, the drivers side one is dim, both bulbs are functioning but not the same as the passenger side (which is working fine), I have checked the fuse for these also, could this be related to the a high beam fault off the indicator stalk? Was hoping to get it through the mot this week but not going to pass with these faults. lol.

hiya guys my boost seems to be very intermitant, uk 1993 auto turbo, sometimes when i hit the floor wit my right foot i dont get any turbos its jus like a normal 3.0 engine acc which has got me in some trouble lol, other times ill slam it down and jus get pure turbos and go like it should, even today went towards an island boostin well then after the island jus nothin???? please help regards andy

it was brought to my attention that there was smoke blowing out of exhaust when putting foot down after de-acceleration when putting foot down ....no smoke de-accelerate...................no smoke putting foot back on gas.........smoke as if its blowing smoke out that its sucked in ANY IDEAS ????

Hi guys, have a problem with my speedo/power steering, which i think is(fairly) common.. About hlaf the time whilst driving, or from start, the speedo stays at 0 or wanders up and down, finally staying at zero. After about a minute, the power steering goes "strange" ie VERY light or VERY heavy. Normally heavy. From reading other posts, it looks like the speed sensor in the gearbox(?). Is there anyone locally(witley, nr guildford) that can fit a new one or diagnose the problem more thoroughly? Cheers, Tony

Anyone ever changed their springs and rear suspension? Really tight for money so thinking of a DIY job. Already taken out all the rear plastic in the boot so i just need to change the rear struts and springs and the front springs. Think i might need a spring compressor but not sure. Also the struts are OEM so will they still work with the rear one click stiffen rear hand brake nonsense? Cheers Alex

Ok fitted the venom led rear lights today, willget some pics up later, indicators and break lights work fine, however the rear lights don't? no voltage at the back?? tried to trace the cableing backbut can seeanything obvious..... so thoght i'd check the fuses, found one blown ( top row 3rd from front of car, what does this one do????), which didnt solve it :headvswal However with this fuse replaced, this is where i need the help, there is a cable in the light pod that started to smoke, and has now melted the insulation!!! with the fuse remove all is fine, but no rear lights, also with the lights on the head lights only use the mian bulb,even when the switch i…

After meeting up with Sean (Nail it) :smash: at Zed-fest and getting him to take a look at why my dump valves didn't appear to be very loud or working :headvswal he pointed out that my recirc pipes are still connnected. Is this possibly the best racing game ever??? in my opinion hell yeah, one thing that lets it down though is lack of cars for sale. Where is Toyota, Ruff/Porche, Honda, Aprilla, Yamaha, Bmw etc. etc. some big names are missing from the game. Apparently there is a Skyline but you have to download it prehaps there will be more to follow.
