Does anyone know if I can buy REAR speakers that will fit into the existing rear speaker bracket on my LWBTT,I realise I may have to drill new holes in the bracket. Ideally, speakers to compliment my Alpine stereo and better than the existing ones. Help much appreciated  Chaz

... a uk original spec '94 TT auto. FSH 2 owners. Of course, the worries are already starting to creep in.... Drives superb, everything that should work does. No knocking, rattles, smoke or squeeks. No crisis whatsoever on my first longhaul trip. Is this normal? Or is my Z just luring me into a false sense of security? Am I likely to have a love/hate relationship with my new car? Can all the tales of woe on this site be about the same 300zx model that I have? For sure, this car has to be the best car I have ever owned! Ok, so my g/f hates it, but she's expendable. My mum loves it, and that's good enough for me. So, a big 'hi' to all fellow zed…

Some kids saw me looking at some zeds on here today and this little year 7 girl said "is that the car you want sir?" So I replied that it is the car I have just as a picture of a silver zed pops up on the screen and she says "oh I don't like that. It's like the car in that film with the boy who goes to the past and has to get back to the present" Kids are funny! Oh yeah and I'm a teacher not some guy who hangs around with kids just so we're clear on that :nono:

Help required! I need a new A/C condenser... but there's lots of conflicting info on the web... I've got a 1992 (November built) N/A Manual Jap Import. There's two different part number crop up on the net, and my nissan dealer (who I don't trust!) has given me a third one.... Can anyone help? What part number do I need. (The item is warranty covered so I want a new one! - which appears to mean it must come from nissan) Dave

Hello everyone, I've just bought a Nissan 300ZX Turbo (Quite heavily modified, looks like a bit of a pimp mobile - will get some pics up for you guys soon) but unfortunately it would seem that the car has no user manual, and I'm quite confused by all the arrays of switches! Seems like I'm finding something new to play with every day. For example, can anyone tell me what the button on the outside of the dash display does, or is it something aftermarket? It's a small push button between the upper right hand side of the dashboard and the drivers door/screen? When I push it, there is a low buzzing type noise, but nothing else seems to happen? Can anyone help, or is t…

Hi all, haven't been on for a while, usually just looking not posting. Had no major problems as yet, until now! Missus came home from work tonight with a worried look on her face, first thing she said was; " There's something wrong with the car, it made a strange loud noise at the back" . So I had a look at it and the rear shock absorber has snapped in half  Anybody heard of this before? They're Bilstein shocks and I don't think they have been on that long mileage wise. Anyway, how difficult is it to change and now this has happened I don't want to use Bilstein shocks again, so what would you recommend? Its got 35mm lowering sprin…

I seem to have a bad boost leak. I found a big one on the driver’s side intercooler which I have now replaced, but still only 4-5psi?? I have been round all the pipes in the engine bay but no joy. Just to make sure I'm doing the right thing. The way I'm doing it is by putting a plate over the MAF with a tyre valve in it and using an electric car pump to pump up the system. Any help would be much appreciated.. Cheers, Bart
