Anyone know where I can get some silicone cooling hoses, I need the small hoses (not the big radiator ones) As im doing the water pump and i wish to replace all the small hoses as they are going to become a pain in the arse later no doubt. So if someone could direct me to a site where i can purchase some i would be most grateful.. Don't want to spend too much on them

I have recently fitted a clutch in my rst only to find it slips! I phoned the clutch place and he says that they can take up to 200 miles steady driving to bed in, as the material is very hard, does this sound right? The fly has been skimmed by the way, Cheers for any help, Steve

anyway know how to set up a super afc when running 14 psi boost it has five buttons on it that change from green to red as the revs go up i dont want to run the engine short of fuel and blow it up so please advise .

i have a problem with my ZED when it get's tto just undre 6000 RPM it's like i've come off the gas. The car has been chiped and had boost jets fitted by ZED WORLD (runs at 14psi) it also had this problem before i had the boost tuned up.

Someone with experience who can give med recommendations for optimal turbos for my TT? Except from turbos, the engine is fully prepared for 800 BHP. Mid-range working area for the turbos is preferred: not too early and not too late.

for a while now ive had no control of the heater blower in my car.i can still control the temp up & dwn as norm but the heater blower just dnt work.ive tried replacing the heater controler thinking maybe it was that but no luck! Today i changed wot i think is the heater blower which sits behind the glovebox its a round cylinder with a small motor at the bottom?? but i still have had no joy :rolleyes: ive tested the cable with my meter and im only getting about 5 volts.i would of thought it would of been 12v atleast has any1 got any ideas wot it could be? as driving the z in this weather is bloody cold at the moment :cry:

Hi all, zed started to overheat today, I have some kind of leak of some sort.. it dumped quite a lot of water.. any ideas what it may be? I did have a minor leak before could it have turned into a major leak of some sort?.. car was fine over the past few days and at work today.. it was only after i went round to my friends house (who was going to have a look at it) that i noticed quite a big puddle of water on the floor.. we topped it up with water and i drove it home and on the way it started to overheat.. so car is staying parked at my house tomorrow.. i am not going to drive it until i've got it sorted as i dont want to warp the head etc.. any ideas what it could …

Ok I am slowly deciding on my exhaust. I am having decats and a double twin tips. The last piece I need to decide on is the centre section. What are the advantages of X or H, resonators or not. I dont want it too noisy, i realise it will be a bit noisier with the de-cats. I currently have a single-exit with cats.

as i'm going for an fmic - im upgrading to a koyo radiator, adding a zemulator from ashspecz but i'm just wondering is there anywhere thats cheaper to obtain the doolz from as relocating air filters where smics's are. other than ash specz? also gona need doolz v2 aswell? wheres the best place to go or look?

Hey, Fitting a pair of HKS super sqv BOV's, can't for the love of me work how your supposed to mount them as the recirc bolt holes are nowhere near the mounting points of the BOV's. I've got instructions but there in japanesse which isn't much help. :cry: If anyones done this in the past i'd be really grateful for your help :) Cheers Ste
