You gaining weight mate ? You said a bit ago you needed to increase mass. I'm knocking on 14.5 stone now. Been doing a few hack squats - handy cos you don't need a spotter(s) or stands. You ever been to this site/company. They are good ! http://www.ironmind.com

Saw it for first time the other day - Great film IMHO. I thought the bit at the end as Martin Sheen was getting airlifted out was really good - what he said was really poignant and deep - that they had been fighting themselves and that the enemy was within etc. How you react/treat others is usually a reflection on how you feel about yourself. It was a bit like Eastern (ancient Chinese) philosophy.

Now that we are seeing the real side of those nice men on the telly like George Micheal convicted of flashing his tackle in public lavatories and Barrymore being found with a body with a severely damaged arse, it seems like celebrity pervs are being exposed all the time. Who do you think will be next?. Maybee we should have a sweepstake on it. I guess Dale Winton or Julian Clary :D:D Paul

Two Eskimos sitting in a kayak were chilly, but when they lit a fire in the craft it sank - proving once and for all that you can't have your kayak and heat it, too. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Two boll weevils grew up in South Carolina. One went to Hollywood and became a famous actor. The other stayed behind in the cotton fields and never amounted to much. The second one, naturally, became known as the lesser of two weevils. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A three-legged dog walks into a saloon in the Old West. ...did I mention the price? 33,000 USD. Oh go on then! :D Suprastore.com...click here They claim that they can do the same for the Z using the words "Anything is possible!" At that amount of green I would expect it to taxi on runways and then take off FFS! :D

Hi Stu, i was browsing thru' your site tonight (very informative by the way), looked under the pictures tab, and the second row of pictures says James Morgan's Car Jan 2003. Now I found this just a little freaky since that's my name and I've just ordered my Zed! Thankfully the car's are different, otherwise I'll be getting really worried :D James

Fatties.....pay someone to walk behind you juggling, swallowing swords or eating fire. This will divert the attention from your obesity. Tie a fish on a piece of string, climb up onto your neighbours roof and dangle the fish in front of their window. They'll think their house is underwater. An old television, with a toaster inside, makes a cheap but effective "microwave oven"........for making toast.

When I get bored at work I end up in the cafe.......I spend a lot of time in the cafe:D To pass the time I always used to read bike magazines such as SuperBike, Performance Bike and Fast Bike. Due to the fact that GOD has told me not to ride bikes again (14 accidents in 12 years:eek: (not one of them my fault) I am now faced with reading car mags. I've tried the Max Power/Fast Car/Revs titles, and they make my skin crawl with the DUMB 'humour' and the fact that they are only interested in putting big spoilers and big speakers in small cars. I've now tried Top Gear and Evo, and have to say.....WHAT A PILE OF PANTS!!!!!:( These car magazines are utter utter SHI…

OK, trying to make up for previous tastelessness, I offer the following true customer complaint log as received by my mate who used to work the engineer's desk at BT. I still have the original printout. The following was entered onto BT's call system at 08:53 on 19/01/95 -------------------------------------------------------- cust has 'radioactive teeth + people can hear her talking'. cust works for the fbi + if line isn't fixed today - there will be trouble. line was cut off by engineer - she has now killed hi, + he's now 'green'. people are tapping into custs front room socket, but normally not the kitchen socket, but in any case the line is completely dead.…
