This speaks a lot about the quality of Japanese products and their quality standards. They're still laughing about this at IBM. Apparently the computer giant decided to have some parts manufactured in Japan as a trial project. In the specifications, they set out that they will accept three defective parts per 10,000 . When the delivery came in there was an accompanying letter. " We, Japanese people , had a hard time understanding North American business practices . But the three defective parts per 10,000 have been separately manufactured and have been included in the consignment. Hope this pleases you . " LMAO Nick :cool:

Was driving home last night on a dark country B road with heavy snow falling and I had to drive really slowly becasue I could hardly see the road ahead. I nearly came to a standstill at times - even full beam seemed to just light up the snow FFS !! Just thought I'd share that.

Finally, I spotted the 300ZX in the closing credits of The Fast and the Furious.. It's only taken me two viewings.. Don't think I ever watched through the credits to the bit at the end in Mexico! Sad news about beer. You have to hope this study is flawed, but the evidence seems irrefutable. My car at the Harlech car show last August, not Trax or Billing but it was only started last year for charity for a guy who died in a tragic accident in his Scooby! Was a good turnout considering. The monster, at Trax. Pukka!
