I changed my rear speakers to some other 6x4 speakers. Im not too much on having loud boom boom music but I wanted something that didn't rattle when anything louder than a mouse's fart is played through the rears. (Rears, Hahaha) First speaker fine, screws came out OK, the wire clip was a little tricky and getting the spades out of the clip where a pain but I did it. I heard something about a pre-amp that needs to be bi-passed before the speakers will work. I looked and couldn't find anything. Plugged the speaker in and it worked fine, no probs. Hmmmm, the screw hole are further away so I had to drill plate holes. Not big problem really. Well the fact that no metal dr…

Does anyone know what's happening regarding the group buy on these? Finally.......after a 34 week saga ( I did less tahn 500 miles in the last 12 months!!)........finally....after a 75 mile taxi journey that took THREE HOURS....finally.....I've got my Zed back on the road!! Yeeeeee- haaaaaah! Stumbled around the Essex countryside in darkness (Thanx Nissan for the world's worst dipped beam!!) with my fuel gauge on empty before I found a petrol station....then........wheeeeeee.....A12, M25, M1 to home......God I had forgotten what an absolute blast it is to drive these things!! All that fun and Polly Jean Harvey warbling in my ear'holes .....damn! That's a mighty amount of FUN! One seriously happy man. Now........... I only…
