General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Hi all, I've been trying to PM/E-mail Craig or AndyP to find out where to send a cheque but i keep being told i'm not authorised, am i doing something wrong or what?

Just read Craigs post,looks its to die slowly,can see his point,but appart from a few things lately the site/members/visitors has grown rapid recently,and on the whole seems to be settling down again,hope it carries on,cant believe it:eek: :(

After Craigs post this morning I've really been thinking (my brain hurts). How do people want to see this site in... say... 6 months time? From what I've gathered this place will be like has been for the last couple of months, boring, monotonous, no fun, same old same old. Do something about it, everyone has a great laugh, then it gets frowned upon :( The regular posters on here all had a great day - now the keyword there is REGULAR. YES there are many many members on here BUT there aren't that many who come here frequently and have some input into most threads. In my view, the opinion of the unpaid/people who aren't too bothered about this place unles…

I bought my first 300zx a couple of weeks ago, but could not verify if it had a cam belt change, mileage shows 53k. I just got back from Zedworld, Jeff changed the cambelt, thermostat, couple of hoses, couple of belts. Now I feel at ease, Jeff did a super job. Thanks Jeff. John Dixon

Hey dudes. What are your opinions on the BMW Z4. I do love my 300ZX but i fancy a change for a bit. I swear i won't drive it like the average BMW driver. Cheers TJ

Does anyone know that is there any good bodyshops for respray arround Porsmouth (within 30 miles)? Any good garages or retrimming companies to fit the leather seat and trim kit? Many thinks for any advises.

Hello mate, Just wanted to answer your question but I can't post in the for sale forum. I had some life crisis so now I have a mortgage and debts to pay on half the wages I used to earn and I just about to sink :( So selling the car for whatever I can is the only way for the short term, but it will give me breathing room to try and salvage myself from this situation long term. So all in all, Arse! But I do love the Zed and when (if) the cash starts flowing again a import manual will be the first thing on my shopping list ;)

Should be a big improvement over the standard ones. The disks and pads are miles bigger than stock. Dead easy to do - only took half an hour each side.

Looking to buy a radar detector. What ones are the best? Also i am going to florida for three weeks, is it cheaper to buy in America?

To anyone out there who posts video clips, what software do you use for video capture? I've been using Ulead VideoStudio 5 for capturing stuff from my camcorder and outputing to video CD. However, this seems a bit clunky and hit and miss for simply capturing video, cutting the bit out of the middle that you want to post and compressing it to a useable Internet format. Also, what formats, compression, etc, makes for good Internet viewing? Any advice appreciated.
