A while ago I ordered some new rubber mouldings for around the windows, because mine are shagged. To get 'the full set', I had to order two new rear windows into the bargain, because the rubber and window come as one. This is the first time I've ordered parts from the US (Courtesy Parts) so fell free to call me niave... ..anyway, I get the Parcel Force card yesterday, telling me there's a charge??? I ring them up, and they tell me that the f**king c**ts at Customs & Excise have slapped a 117 quid charge on top, for what basically amounts to a few bits of rubber & glass, LIKE I DIDN'T PAY ENOUGH FOR THEM TO START WITH!!!!! (nearly 500 quid). Apparently, …

Yes I know, it's a sports car, not a utility vehicle, etc, but I'm really not interested in whether people think it's aesthetically pleasing or not as it wouldn't be a permanent fixture! :D I've just taken up kayaking and I want to buy a kayak. There's no problem with that, but I need to be able to get the kayak from my house down to the local lake/river or very occasionally over to a mate's house 50-60 miles away. The problem is that I own a 300ZX, I don't have another car (other than my wife's 944), I don't need another car and I don't want another car! ;) All I want to be able to do is take my kayak with me occasionally, so I'd like to buy a roof rack f…

Trusted friends can you help shed some views on the following idea. I am having trouble selling the Lexus Soarer, its rare because of the manual box, plus all the kit + wheels. However only one person has been to see the car, but at events and car parks it always has interest, but no buyers. I am thinking of raffling the car off, at a price of £50 per ticket with a total number of 150 tickets. Would this interest fellow car enthusiasts??? Your views appreciated. Leigh.

Saw on the news tonight that the Tories said if they were elected they would:- 1. Increase the national speed limit to 80 MPH 2. Remove speed cameras 3. Dig-up speed bumps Looks like they are after the Z driver's vote ;) Although I'd like to see at least a 150MPH speed limit  Dave

I have an MX5 (stop laughing) so I use thier forum quite a bit, and I dip in here cos my husband has a 300zx. The following was posted on the MX5 site "The Beauty of sitting in a Scooby is that you just KNOW that NOTHING barr another Scooby or Evo can even think about matching you for pure Balls-Out power. God its a great feeling, being able to choose which lane you slide up to a roundabout/junction in .... as, nothing but nothing, will be able to get away faster ......................... POWER, pure raw POWER" What do you think is the scooby raw power?
