No word of a lie I have seen 5 300zx's around Chester today Lunch time Broughton retail park(Chester). Attractive Blond lady in a black 2+2 Jap spec. Looked standard apart from 18" wheels. (normaly like mine with legs up to their arm pits) 16.00 ish Red U.K. spec TT 2+2 on Mannor Lane Hawarden (Chester) looked standard 16.10 ish Black 2+2 in Saltney(Chester). Could have been one I saw first. 17.10 ish Metalic Grey TT 2+2 near Blaken (the part of Chester not on any tourist guides) on 18" 17.18 A483 just by Chester Business Park. Another Metalic Grey. This time Jap spec N/A looked nice and tidy though. Only ever seen one 300zx every couple of m…

Just done the rear white light conversion - looks absolutely mint - 1/2 hours work and all went well. Will post pics when on car - now all I need to get is my new rear spoiler sprayed and back of car will (hopefully) look sound.

Big thanks to both Baggins and MAC today for helping me out today. I think I jinxed my car with all my talk of how well it was running, anyway, on Friday it decided to suck up loads of water and **** the AFM. A big thanks to Baggins for helping and MAC for lending me his AFM so I could get myself back on the road. Cheers fella's, it's appreciated.

Anyone else having big problems with emails attached with virus's ? I've had at least 50 today and it is starting to pee me off :slap: I know you didnt send them AndyP but there were a few with your name in, it must be using my contacts list somehow. Is there any way to stop this :cry:

Phoned MyTyres up this morning, to see when they were delivering my 4 new Toyo Proxies. They told me Friday this week, but as they were in Leicester at the moment they might turn up on Thursday. I was looking at a GTO the other week and the owner was going to fit a sort of Y-shaped section of exhaust between downpipe and centre section. The bottom of the Y attached to the downpipe, then one side of the top went straight to the centre section as usual. Now the clever bit, the other top piece vented straight outside, and had an electronically operated butterfly to move the flow from usual to straight outside. This frees up a load of power for drag racing etc, and makes a lot of noise :D A switch in the cable is used to open the exhaust when you want it. :bow: Dunno what they are called, or where to get them - has anyone heard of them? So there I am sitting on the A12 stuck in traffic after they closed the road because of a serious accident, so I'm sat there amounts 3 lanes of traffic, roof off enjoying the sun but going nowhere. I notice blue smoke coming out from under my car, look in the rear view mirror, LOADS of blue smoke, so I'm thinking Foooook the turbo seals have finally gone, *****x, big repair bill coming up! Anyway the traffic moves a bit, still smoke, moves a bit more, and then the smoke seems to go away but there is still a definite blue haze behind me. well had the car back up at Thor yesterday for a dyno run with the new turbos (not tuning) and well not really happy with the results my torque was up 8 but I lost 16 bhp from the last time I ran , and I am now running manwell tubs :( on an auto. the other big thing to notice between the two sets of runs were that I had max torque and BHP at 2krpm on the auto tubs , on the manual tubs this does not happen until 3.5-4k rpm. I do have a boost leak which needs looking at but still a little dissapointing. will post up graphs later on when I get home. Must also just say a big thank you to Pete and ermm (forgot the other guys name) at Thor for staying untill 7…
