so I need new front brakes. I;d like to get a nice cheap upgrade - if anyone has one to offer, but I might have to settle for like for like replacements if I don't find something soon. SO, all you traders and breakers out there - has anyone got a sweet deal for me? (Sorry Chris@Greddy, but I can't justify the cost of the daddies you were advertising  )

  10. I've got my rear window and rear quarters "limo" tinted and I'm toying with the idea of painting the body-coloured roof panels black and tinting the T-tops to make it look almost as if it's all one piece of glass, hopefully to emphasise the smooth look I'm going for. What do we reckon people? Ideally I'd like to graduate the tint down onto the windscreen...not much, just a little at the top so there's no hard edge where the glass meets the black body panel. Anyone have any idea as to what the legal limitations are? I know you can have a sunstrip but how much is too much? Like I said, I only want to tint the very top as I value seeing out of the car! :D Cheers, …

  15. The pigs may have got me last Wednesday morning. Does anyone know how long it takes them to process a ticket? A woman coming the other way kind of waved and gave me a thumbs down... not seen that warning before! Wondered if my fogs were on, so while I was preoccupied with that I'd wandered right into the trap :headvswal I wasn't giving it any beans, but I was still doing about 35 when I saw the copper hiding behind a tree. As I drove past he just kind of stared at the Zed, so maybe he was so dumb-struck with awe that he forgot to take the reading! Or maybe that's just wishful thinking...? :nono: Mark

Woke up this morning to find the Z in a real bad mess. Looks like some kids go in, smashed the drivers window after the sterio. Smashed the dashboard to bits and ripped out half the boot build. What bits they could'nt get out they just smashed. I'v been driving for thirty years now had three cars done and one stolen twice. Dont you all think I'v had my share. Not looking for sympathy, but will be looking for some parts! Chris
