Got out the Brembo calipers today to test fit everything before I go and fit them, Bloody powdercoat was too thick on the stainless shims so the pads wouldn't fit in, bit of filing away the paint and voila... These things are mahooosive !! :thumbup: Pic beside a litre carton to give you an idea:biggrin:

Always sad to see a sight like that mate, Hope you're on the mend, why don't you see about buying the good bits back from the breakers and keep them up till you get the chance to get another Z. I know it's heartbreaking for you, but at least you'd have a starting point. Look at what Jaikai was able to accomplish after his heartbreak. Have the insurance been anyway fair with you regarding valuations??

How much that little lot set you back Lee?? I've heard good things about the Z1 FUCA's, is this the best setup for a comfortable ride??

Once the turbos / manifolds are fitted, it's going for a Nistune mapping and once it's running properly, it'll be getting the exterior/bodymods done. Hopefully have her sorted for end of June:innocent:

Did all that in February mate, I decided that before she goes for a Nistune ecu and remap, I might as well finish it with a turbo/manifold upgrade:thumbup: I just thought as everything has been replaced in Feb that I might get away with it:biggrin: I'll get the engine pulled again:thumbup:

So this week I've ordered a set of 350mm Evo X front brake discs to finally do my front brake upgrade. Have also bought AMS manifolds and Z1 GT525's:thumbup: Am I better off pulling the engine to fit these or going in from underneath??

Long shot I know, but has anyone got a set of these they're not using?? I want these or any other direct fit struts, I'm not interested in drilling holes or cutting bodywork. I don't ask for much, do I?? :whistling::lol:

Took Funkysi's advice and ordered a brand spanking new fan shroud today:thumbup:, getting it from my local Nissan dealership for around €100 (Big thanks to John and Mark at Flynn's Garage, Carlow):thumbup:

Hi guys, has anyone got a rear engine bay shroud going cheap?? This is the piece that hides the battery and pipework/wires at the back of the bay:innocent::whistling:

Can either you or si put up what bits you used to do the arial relocation as it's the only thing that bugs me on the Z:innocent:
