  1. That's the kit i got... not the best in the world But it is a good fit and quality is very good.... Took me a couple of hours to do the rear seats.. then a day each for the front......make sure you have some wire... i used the stuff that you use for fencing..... i think you need about 3 meters... oh and about 300 tie wraps (cable ties) About a 6 week turn around time as they get made in Germany. Sold by an ex trader on here. so a very well known person on this site.... HTH Neil
  2. No the power and the RCA cables are run down seperate sides of the car and at about £40 for 34 i would hope they are adiquatly shielded..... think i'll try re-earthing the head unit and the amps.... i got an earthing point in the bood i'll clean it up... maybe put some tape round the ends of the RCA cables...... All the cables are brand new and only taken out of the packets today..and installed very carefully so dont think it'll be a nicks in them..... Cheerz for all the answers Neil

  4. One for the Audio tech's Well finish wiring up the install today, plugged it in and turned it on... everything works well :D However when there is no music on like changing track and stuff there is a humm type crackle. I had a play around and cant seam to get rid of it.. It started to rain a bit so had to come in, no am i roght in thinking that there is some interferance coming from a power source or could it be the RCA cables grounding out on the body work.. Under the stereo or in the boot ( i have 1 wired in ready for the carputer but not connected to anything, it's just laying in the boot) Will go out tommorrow and have another play about but wnated any tips from any one who is in the know...... Cheerz Neil
