Well, it actually happened, the Z was drove away today without me in it. I will admit, I had to fight the tears!!! she was fookin beautiful, and I know when I see her around I will wish I had her, but, its time to move on. I cant find a replacement either, which makes it even worse!!! My hunt for a nippy economical and fun car will continue!!! The only thing I have seen thus far is an Alfa 156 V6 6speed. Slow, but economical compared to the Z, nippy and comfortable. Just like to say its been fun ;) and with all the arguments, stressing, funny moments and down right stupid moments its been a good experience. Don't really think I should hang around any more as I dont even own a Z! it will just remind me of what I havnt got :( nearly as bad as them tyre kickers!!!! See you all around Steve

Was thinking of an Accord type R, slow as shit compared to the Z and FWD :O thats the biggest shitter, but a nippy reliable good all round family car I think. I was looking at beemers for a while too. Ah well we'll see, perhaps I can buy a scrapped Z32 and still say I own one :D

Well, nearly. Got the thumbs up and an offer from a guy I know that I couldn't refuse despite deciding to keep her. He's sorting deposit tomorrow. Im not driving her from now either, shes all tucked up and locked away, so i'm driving a borrowed Citreon AX 1.0 :eek: Time to find a replacement then!!!! In all honesty, me and the missus are going to have another kid soon, and we are saving to buy another house, so the Z just doesnt make sense any more, im also working out of town and may be for some time. Anyway's I guess it could fall through, but ATM it looks like thats it for the Z :(. It's sad, pretty emotional actually, the Z has given me so many good times over the past couple of years, and I must say I think it is the best car I have ever owned. Going to have a fair few sleepless nights over loosing her I think, still could always get another down the line. Anyway's guys, the hunt begins for a 'nippy' family car thats a good all rounder. Nothing to OTT i've decided (unless its really really nice lol). Any ideas chaps? Cheers Steve

My cars now off the market for the next two weeks pending a sale to a friend. Must admit when I think of selling gives me a shudder, bloody anoying being attached to a car, but then I get attached to most cars I own and hate parting with them. I was looking for the 4 door matey, im keeping the TC off of my car going to fit it to the bimmer as well as the NOS kit I still have. In all honesty, when I want it to be it should be a pretty good challenge for most cars on the road with the Nitrous on it. So I wont be devoid of fun moments :D Just finding a goodun like you said, I know F'all about bimmers, never owned one, never driven one. Anyone who has owned one or has a good idea on what the M3's about, please let me know! Cheers Steve

Well, I me and the missus are defo gonna have another kid. I looked at 7 series bimmers, and decided after seeing / driving close up i didnt like em. Now i've decided on an M3, probably around an M reg, should be able to get one for similar cash to the Z I think. Hoping now to sell the Z for around 5kono then add a couple of k to it for the bimmer. I know you will all slag off the M3 more than likely, but for all the comforts and bits and bobs I think it will make a pretty good motor to shuttle me kids around in, so go on, what do you guys think (cue piss takers)!
