she went in to trac art yesterday who changed it to mt90, at a very reasonable price. first time ive been under the car, and wow, its absolutely fookin immaculate! the guys said its gotta be the cleanest g plate theyve ever seen :D a big credit to baz and tonyc was very chuffed to hear that. gonna clock up a few miles the next 2 weeks and see if its made a difference, fingers crossed!

sounds good mate, met ANOTHER zed in ashford not on the owners club! thats 3 in a week, young lad with a tt auto, which, get this: has done less than 50,000 kilometres and has that slightly blue interior, gotta be worth a mint, well anyway he's up for joining our little convoy. so thats one more! j

i posted this in another thread, just in case anyone missed it, im getting it done at trac art in ashford, they reckon they could get the oil for £33 and £12 labour, which seems very cheap, dont u think? id do it myself but i have no way of jacking the car up and for that price, its worth it. but do u think they could of got confused, they definetly said mt90, is there more than one type? any ideas?

ouch! right quick update, shes due in to the garage 2moro to have the gearbox oil changed, i told them to mt90 they said they could get it for £33? and about £12 labour? that does sound very cheap, is there only one mt90? just worried they might have the wrong one or something? any thoughts?

just a suggestion, im assuming a few of us will be joining at the m20 those from canterbury, ashford etc, so maybe a good start somewhere on there? whatevers easiest, im starting at junction 9 ashford

yeah, good point, dont want to make it sound like ive done all the work! have to say baz im very impressed with the retrim, all ive done is add the silver panels, which i think looking good, and will be putting metal floor in, not to everyones taste, but we shall see!

spoke to mark, got a good price but cant fit in for a while, anyone in the south east reckon they could help if i got hold of the oil? obviously there be a few quid in it for you....

want to change my gearbox oil to mt90, how much u reckon thatd cost guys? would do it myself but not that mechanicaly minded and would rather the peace of mind knowing someone else did it. how much u think i should be paying?

i went from an s13 to a very fast 300, people may disagree but i think there two very different cars. much as i loved my 200, the 300 is a hundred times better to drive! feels much more secure on the road, the brakes actually work (well mine do anyway!) and the noise is awesome. depends on what state of tune your 200 was in, the 0-60 might not be that much quicker than u think but the 0-100 is absolutely amazing. best thing youll ever do!
