  1. looking good buddy... time for some 20/25mm bolt on spacers up front for the perfect offset?
  2. thats exactly the ones i enquired about... they are not the same as simons! look at the specs.. -10mm front -5mm rear. the z1 s techs are -35mm front -21mm rear, a huge difference! the camskill original article had the 10/5 figures in the title but the spec in the write up was the 35/21 as per z1... i assumed it was just a typo in the title as the parts lists iv seen for the z32 dont offer a 10/5 drop in the s techs. luckily, i phoned them to get them to double check... he phoned his tein supplier in japan to confirm the figures @ 10/5, it was then that he editted the rest of the spec sheet to read 10/5. does seem bizarre though, the spring rates are exactly the same! i nearly fell into the same trap myself, i'm glad i mentioned it now so you didnt waste ya hard earned :) of course it could all be a big communication mix up... though he did also say that according to his tein parts list, the specs for the z1 teins do not exist  the z1 springs are what they say though as simon can confirm and is a good aggresive drop.
  3. where are you getting the springs from? a uk supplier of tien s techs are a different spec to the type that simon has which are from z1...
  4. get it fitted so we can have a look..
  5. classic policy, limited mileage?
  6. thats fair enough though... your not gonna be fitting it to ur zed! are ya? :slap:
  7. i like the view of a zed in the rear view mirror.. manacing!
  8. ITS HIM... GET HIM EVERY1 :p very nice chappie.. got any plans for it?
  9. i couldnt agree more jimmy... but then i reckon about 90% of peeps with these massive uprated brakes barely break them into a sweat... so its kinda like a designer styling accessory... all for show imo.
  10. yes it will fit.. you would just remove the precat :)
  11. sleeps a waste of good awakeness
  12. they are called divorced downpipes... the idea is to separate the air coming from the turbine and the air coming from the wastegate in an attempt to create a smoother, less turbulent exit airflow through the exhaust... so you answer your question... the twin end bits attach to your turbo. those 2fast2cool decats are v good value for money and are pretty good quality for the price, several people on here have them fitted, including myself :D
  13. roger that Alan :D and cheerZ for that Allan :rofl
  14. fookin ell chaps... what happened here?!! wheres me helmet and body armour :(
  15. other than the z badge and nissan badge... what part of that car is actually from a 350z? LOL
  16. id remove the BHP altogether until you get it on a rolling road :p
  17. its pointless me taking a pic of the outside in the daylight as it just looks like a tinted rear quarter glass... if you look really closely you can just about see the 300zx logo, though my camera cant pick it up, just reflections. il get a pic of it illuminated 2nite. heres a pic from the inside to give you an idea:
  18. fyi: its called a 300zx because its a 3.0l... similarly the 240 was a 2.4, the 260 was a 2.6... 350z a 3.5, 370z a 3.7 etc etc ;)
