Bit of a crap story...but I will tell :)
I think it might be mine... I know it's red but it may have came from the south port of Japan and I'm sure at some point it was owned by a bell end!

exercising and lack of energy
I eat breakfast before I go to bed, I eat a main meal when I get up and I eat a midnight feast for lunch... I'm a lanky streak of pi$$!

exercising and lack of energy
Eating your main meal that late can't be good, let alone doing it after exercise?

Wheel nut torque setting??
Then you have over torqued them! Most people over torque the wheel nuts by quite a large margin tbh, mainly because they can be tight to crack so people tend to use a breaker bar. Then understandably, to feel safe they want them done up tight so use the breaker bar to do them back up!

Injector cleaning/testing...
Hello matey, hope you're well :) I'm not sure the mileage these have covered, I have bought them as used from a member who originally bought them from Zedworld as 'flow tested and balanced' but didn't fit them. They are Nismo 555 injectors to replace my stock jobbies and finally unlock James' hard work from, what has now been years! I just want to make sure they're performing correctly for piece of mind. After some research I keep coming across a test rig called ASNU. On their website they have a list of UK based companies that they have supplied and trained on the ASNU equipment. The list includes some very reputable companies so I think I'll use one of them.

Injector cleaning/testing...
Excellent thanks matey, that's the eBay shop of one of the top links on google that I've been considering, they charge £12.50 on the website so if I do use them, you saved me £3 :) I can also see feedback from previous customers. Edit - scrap that, they are £12.50 on eBay too... You owe me £3

Boost jets or digital boost controller?
I agree, this is why I asked Paul to justify his statement. IMO, you set your car up with the amount of power you want, then control it with your foot. Fair enough on modern cars when changing to 'sport mode' or 'race mode', as it tends to also change traction control and suspension settings etc. As vods says its a lot of money just so you can say... 'well honey, as it's raining today, I'm going to electronically lower my twin turbo boost pressure to 8psi. That way, when I'm on my way home from work, redlining every gear full throttle, I won't crash'! Are there any ways of controlling boost spikes? What does an ebc do that the oem waste gates doesn't? All I can think of is that the restriction of the jet causes a lag in the waste gate movement, so maybe putting the jets closer to the waste gate rather than the normal easy option?

Boost jets or digital boost controller?
Good answer!

Boost jets or digital boost controller?
What makes you say an ebc is a better solution?

Oil
That air freshener is lush! I too am a victim of opie oils propaganda sales pitch that was so well described by pete, I do like how they recommend one of the most expensive oils in the range! Nevertheless, I use the very same Fuchs (silkolene) and for the same reason as Keano, piece of mind. Deep down I am a firm believer of a decent quality oil, I put multiple litres of oil in expensive machines on a daily basis and only use top 'branded products' as directed by a team of clever cloggs that over analyse every aspect of the business in order to cut every possible corner going to save money (and make massive profits!) Bugger, I've just become another statistic of pete predictive 5 page thread.... We haven't had one for a while though :)
