If someone offered me £600 for them I'd take them off, drive to their house, fit them to their car, make them a cup of tea, wash their car, make them dinner, shake their hand and drive home!

I did the same as rolandas, although it depends how bad the pitting is. I started with 280, then 400, 600, 800, 1200, 2500! Then brilliant metal polish. Very time consuming, I'd say it took 6 hours per wheel (if I did it non stop), it actually took a day per wheel!

Just give it a go once the chips are done?

I've always considered selling them as they don't really mean anything to me and are a bit cheesy! I got rid of my rear panel for the same reason. These are a bit rarer though and in my case serve a purpose, if I was to remove them I would need to tint the windows to bring the look back which would null out the money from selling.

It seems it is now disabled, doh! :lol:

Bugger dammit and blast! Selling is not an option Andy. Not sure if it's helpful but you're more than welcome to store it here until you sort something. Although I'm assuming you want to store it somewhere undercover and I've just measured my garage, its not big enough for 2 zeds! so it'll have to sit on the drive round the side of the house! (I have a cover!)
