that is the way the cas goes if it is left loose or the ignition needs retarding due to the belt being out one tooth as earlier suggested ! check the bolts aren't loose and if there not take it back !

you can get brand new 99 spec ones for less than that !

if they fit then you might have to fit spacers on the rear but i think you will find with that size tyre on they are gonna at least a 9j wheel and might catch your front struts etc !
